March 11, 2011: our Company has been certified by Mr. Dennis Van Booma as "PROFIBUS and PROFINET Training Center" (PITC).
At the end of the audit of: laboratory, available devices and Training Kits and the adopted Quality System, Mr. Van Booma declared that Genoa Fieldbus Competence Centre has all requisites to provide Certified Trainings for PROFIBUS® and PROFINET® in Italy and abroad.

September 20, 2011: IEC EN 62603: VALUTATION PROCEDURES OF CONTROL SYSTEMS. FOUNDATION™ TECHNOLOGY THE RIGHT ANSWER.

This study day aimed to deep issues relating to the introduction of the new international standard IEC / EN 62603 for the Evaluation of Control Systems .
Prof. Paolo Pinceti, University of Genoa, who is the Coordinator of the Workgroup which has developped the IEC/EN 62603 norm, presented an analysis of the main points which characterize this regulation.
Also important companies operating in the Process Industry have intervened with speeches: among them YOKOGAWA, ENDRESS + HAUSER, ABB and EMERSON PROCESS MANAGEMENT.
