The Embedded World Exhibition & Conference is the world´s biggest exhibition of its kind and the meeting-place of the international embedded community.
Embedded technologies are in action everywhere, whether in the car, data and telecommunication systems, industrial and consumer electronics, military systems or aerospace.

March 28th, 2012: we have been present at the Consorzio PNI booth at MC4 - Motion Control for, the conference show entirely dedicated to motion control technologies and products.
This event was dedicated to technicians and designers working in industrial environment, using motors and motoreducers, drives and speed regulators, axe controllers, positioning systems, actuators, sensors and communication.
Prof. Micaela Caserza Magro of University of Genoa took a speech about "From IEC 61508 to field installation: Profisafe a standard solution for safety".

Mai 8th, 2012: "PROFIBUS® and PROFINET® meet LabVIEW".
The industrial networks PROFIBUS® and PROFINET® used together with PAC technology from National Instruments.
SITEM organised a workshop, with the goal of providing basis of the most diffused inductrial communication technologies (PROFIBUS® and PROFINET®) and Embedded National Instruments solutions, showing the possible integration between this "worlds".
SITEM has the expert cooperation of Genoa Fieldbus Competence Centre and the support of National Instruments, which SITEM is certified Partner of.
The Workshop took place at Hotel H2C, Via Roggia Bartolomea 5, 20090 Assago (MI), Italy.
May 8th to 11th, 2012: we were present in the Booth 6, Stand D19 D27/G20 ("Area dell''Innovazione Applicata Pneumatica e Meccatronica") at FLUIDTRANS COMPOMAC 2012, the fair reference date in Europe for all people working in fluidodynamics and pneumatics, two excellence domains in which Italy is between the five highest markets in the world.

June 26th, 2012: we participated to SENSORS & PROCESS INSTRUMENTATION at the Centro Congressi at Cosmo Hotel Palace in Cinisello Balsamo (MI).
The Consorzio PNI had its own stand.
In the plenary session, the major experts in this domain have made the point on the state-of-the-art of technologies and tendencies of major interest in this domain.
At 10:00 AM, at the Sala Plenaria Grande Fortuna, l''Ing. Paolo Pinceti of University of Genoa took a workshop entitled “FDT for intelligent diagnostics”.
At 15:05, at the Sala Fortuna, l''Ing. Micaela Caserza Magro of University of Genoa took a workshop entitled "PROFINET in Process Automation : a new technological challenge".
During the day exposing companies took their workshops of 30 minutes.
June 28th, 2012: Our Partner RCC Italy participated at mcTER Cogenerazione in Milan, a vartical event about cogeneration and biomasses.
November 14, 2012: it will take place in Ravenna an event dedicated to operators and players of Process Industry.
A day dedicated to detail themes and innovations of technologies promoted by Consorzio PNI with main application to Procees industrial domain.
November 15, 2012: at Cosmo Palace Hotel, via De Sanctis 5, 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI), it will take place a Technology Day organised by Consorzio Fieldbus Foundation Italia, entitled “IEC EN 62603: Evaluation procedures for control systems, the state of the art. Technology Foundation™ the right answer”.

November 29, 2012: at Crown Plaza Hotel, via K. Adenauer 3, San Donato Milanese (MI), it took place mcT Tecnologie per il Petrolchimico, a one day Show Conference about technologies for petrochemical industry: instrumentation and control, automation systems, heating and energy, analisys laboratory, water/air/industrial waste, sites maintenance.
December 12, 2012: at the Congress Centre of Cosmo Hotel Palace, Cinisello Balsamo (MI), it took place a “one-day event” allowing to technicians, designers and specialists operating in machines world to priorly discover the domain technological tendences.
Eng. Micaela CASERZA MAGRO kept a speech entitled "Data transmission in safety systems".
